PROFIT aims at developing a sustainable solution for protein production from waste resources that considers economic viability, environmental care, and social cohesion. The team is creating a novel technology that converts food wastes and residues from agriculture into biomass, which is an excellent source of protein for animal feed.

Circular economy, sustainable business models, and innovative solutions are cornerstones of the Biotech City community, and solutions like the ones created with the PROFIT Project play a pivotal role in adapting to changing global demands and attaining a greener, more sustainable future.
